No, we don't attach bionic legs to animals, but we do offer an exceptional, professional and caring first opinion service as befits an important member of your family
The core of our services, starting with a consultation with a vet, followed as required by further investigations which may include blood tests, microscopy, radiographs, ultrasound, ECG and more. This helps lead to a diagnosis and treatment plan. Anaesthesia and a wide range of surgery are all carried out on premises.
Preventative health care includes a range of vaccinations (for dogs, cats, rabbits and ferrets), effective flea, worm, lungworm and tick control tailored to your individual animal's needs, neutering (including chemical castration where required) and treatment and prevention of dental disease. We also run a preventative health care plan for more info click here
Nurse clinics are run by our qualified veterinary nurses (RVNs). They cover a variety of different topics, including weight clinics, arthritis clinics, juvenile and senior checks, or simply just to chat over any concerns you may have. Unless a specific service is required (e.g. nail clipping), these nurse consultations are free of charge.
We have Official Vets at both clinics who are licensed by the government to enable them to complete health certificates for pet travel, both to Europe and further afield. The process for travelling has changed a lot since Brexit, so have a look at our travel guide here
As owners we all dread the day that we have to let our beloved pet go. When the time comes rest assured that we will be there to help and support you and to make their passing as peaceful and dignified as possible, be it at the surgery or in your own home. Please have a look at our euthanasia and bereavement guide here for more information.
Thank you for contacting us.
We will get back to you as soon as possible, however please do contact the surgery if you have an urgent request.
