One of the owners who works mainly at the Ashford Branch. Max is a well recognised face who has been looking after animals at Sherwood Vets since he graduated in 1997!

Co-owner of the practice with Max, David has been working mainly at the Hampton branch for more years than he cares to remember! He particularly enjoys soft tissue surgery.

Sophie has been with us since 2016 having graduated from Cambridge University. She is a very well respected and loved by both our Ashford and Hampton clients. Along with consultations and performing surgeries, Sophie is currently undertaking a certificate in imaging and is a dab hand with the ultrasound machine!

Lydia joined the team in September 2022 as a newly graduated vet. She enjoys working alongside clients to help keep their pets healthy and well and is rapidly becoming a much loved member of the team.

Head nurse & Clinical Coach at Sherwood Vets. Christie has been nursing patients at the surgery for over 20 years & training our future RVNs. She loves cats, having 4 of her own, she has a keen interest in feline behaviour & is our cat advocate for the ISFM cat friendly clinic scheme. 

Registered Veterinary Nurse who joined our team in 2017, she has been qualified since 2015 after training in a 24 hour  hospital. Natalie is a clinical coach and assists Christie with the student training. You may see her in nurse consultations particularly weight clinics and keeping you updated on our much loved Instagram!

Jennie is our bubbly RVN who has been with us since 2015. She has gone through all her nursing training with us and qualified as a nurse in 2018. Jennie runs our arthritis clinics, helping you to make the necessary changes to better your pets pain and life (Including her own dog, a pugalier).

Shanee is one of our Register Veterinary Nurses who joined the team in January 2023. She is passionate about anaesthesia and theatre nursing, where she is always expanding her knowledge with continuing education.

Jess started as a receptionist at our Ashford branch. She joined the team in November 2014 and was recognised on the phone and at the front desk by her caring and knowledgeable nature. Her tireless dedication to the practice, it's clients and patients means she has recently been promoted to Practice Manager.

Tegan joined us as a Hampton receptionist in 2021 where she has became a vital part of the team before moving into a Student Nurse postion in 2022. She is much loved by not only the pets but all of our clients as well. 

Our Ashford veterinary care assistant (VCA) who joined the team originally as a Receptionist in April 2022. She is a very dedicated member of the team who enjoys looking after our in-patients, helping them feel at ease while they are in our care.

A full time receptionist now at our Hampton branch who joined us in  2016, she is an enthusiastic and dedicated member of the team. All the wonderful photos you see on our website? They were taken by Forrest!

Our afternoon/evening receptionist at Ashford who enjoys walking her Cocker Spaniels and Collies and spending time with her horse at the yard. She is enthusiastic and hard working member of the team helping to give a warm and welcoming atmosphere when you arrive at the surgery.

Our Ashford receptionist who joined the team in January 2023. She is always welcoming to both pets and owners alike, striving to help give you the best experience possible during your vet visit. She enjoys walking her two dogs every afternoon.

Our Saturday Receptionist; Rachel enjoys making a fuss of animals and making clients feel welcome. She had been a part of our team from 2012 at our Hampton branch until she took a couple of years break to have her 2 young sons. We welcomed her back to the team in 2023.

Adaline is part of our admin team and has been with us since 1984. Her main role is to sort out the many insurance forms we receive. She is happy to help guide and answer any queries you may have regarding your pet's insurance claims. Adaline has taken Sherwoods over the Scottish border where she now lives while continuing to work for us from home!

Toby started working with us as a locum vet, but is now one of our full time members of the team. He works at both the Ashford and Hampton surgeries where he is a popular vet with all our clients.

Full time RVN who joined the team in 2020 and has been qualified since 2018. She provides a reassuring atmosphere to our nervous patients. She feels the most rewarding part of the job is in-patient care, monitoring them closely throughout the day and sending them home happier and healthier. Lauren has a paticular soft spot for dalmations!

Becci joined us in 2021 as a receptionist but has now become a veterinary care assistant (VCA) at our Hampton branch. Her role includes but is not limited to helping your pets recover from anaesthetic and making your pets feel as comfortable and settled during their stay with us.
